The entry format is to vote for your Premier League SportyHero of the week, with the weekly winners drawn by way of a random draw from all votes received for the Hero with the most votes
The prizes on offer is a Samsung A25 smartphone, every week of the Premier League season
Prizes will be sent via courier to the respective winners, within a 4 - 6 weeks of winner notification, at our cost
