Two weeks ago the Lions beat the Sharks 38-14 at home, while Glasgow lost a thriller 31-32 at home to the Ospreys. Last week the Lions went down 20-17 away to Cardiff, while Glasgow pulled off a 28-25 win at home over Munster.
The Lions are down in 13th place on 30 points, which leave them in the running for the playoffs.
Glasgow are third in the table with 49 points from their 13 matches, and with tonight's game in hand. A win would lift them into second place above the Bulls, who are on 50 points.
The two teams have met just four times, with each side winning twice. The Lions lead the average points scored in those four matches 27-22.
