Chippa sign Mali midfielder

Chippa United have confirmed the signing of Mali midfielder Aboubacar Bemba Sangare, who arrived at the club from Jomo Cosmos.

The 21-year-old had an excellent season with Ezenkosi in the 2020-21 campaign, where he made 22 appearances in his first year in South Africa.

He was also previously on the books of Tunisian side Hammam-Lif, and has played in the CAF Champions League with Togo-Port.

Chippa are building for the new campaign but are yet to announce a successor to coach Lehlohonolo Seema, who left after guiding them safely through the play-offs.
