Czech Dostal wins in men's kayak single 1 000m final

Czech Republic's Josef Dostal took gold in the men's kayak single 1 000 metres final at the Vaires-sur-Marne Nautical Stadium on Saturday.

Hungary's Adam Varga came second to claim the silver medal, with his compatriot Balint Kopasz picking up the bronze.
