Real Betis – CA Osasuna

Real Betis are unbeaten in their last three LaLiga games against Osasuna (W2 D1). They last went four top-flight games in a row against them without defeat in 1983 (7, W5 D2).

Real Betis have won three of their last four LaLiga games against Osasuna at home (L1), after going winless in the previous three (D1 L2).

In June 2007, Real Betis conceded five goals at Benito Villamarín in LaLiga for the first time in the 21st century against Osasuna (0-5), with that defeat coming under Luis Fernández.

Osasuna have just won one of their last 13 LaLiga games against Andalusian opposition (D5 L7), 2-1 against Granada in May 2017.

Real Betis have won just one of their last seven LaLiga games (D2 L4), 1-0 against Espanyol in June – however, they have lost just one of their last five matches at home in the competition (W2 D2), 0-2 against Villarreal.

Osasuna have won their last two away LaLiga matches without conceding – they have never won three in a row without conceding on the road in their top-flight history.

Real Betis’ Zouhair Feddal has been involved in one goal in each of his last two LaLiga appearances (one goal and one assist) and will be aiming to do so in three consecutive matches for the first time in his top-flight career.

Six of Osasuna's last eight away goals in LaLiga have come from set piece situations: two penalties, two free kicks, one direct free kick and one corner.

Getafe CF - Villarreal CF

Getafe are unbeaten their last four LaLiga games against Villarreal at home (W2 D2), their best such run against them at home in the top-flight.

Villarreal have won only one of their last six LaLiga away games against Madrilenian teams (D2 L3), 3-0 at Butarque in September 2019.

Villarreal won 2-0 against Getafe in their only previous LaLiga meeting specifically on MD35 (May 2008). It proved to be Villarreal’s best campaign, finishing second in the final table.

Getafe have only lost one of their last seven LaLiga home games (W3 D3), a 0-3 defeat against Sevilla in February, keeping a clean sheet on four occasions during this period.

Villarreal have won their last three away LaLiga games without conceding a single goal – only once previously have they won four on the bounce away from home in the top-flight without conceding (between June and September 2007).

Gerard Moreno has scored Villarreal's last three away goals in LaLiga while this is already his best scoring season on the road in the top-flight (eight goals).

Getafe’s Ángel Rodríguez has been involved in three goals in his two LaLiga games against Villarreal at the Coliseum, netting two goals in September 2017 and providing one assist in May 2019.

Villarreal’s Paco Alcácer has been involved in five goals in his last four games against Getafe in LaLiga (three goals and two assists).

Getafe’s José Bordalás has only won two of his last seven managerial games in all competitions as manager v Villarreal (D1 L4).

Villarreal’s Javi Calleja is unbeaten in his three LaLiga games against Getafe (W2 D1), all three coming against José Bordalás.

FC Barcelona - RCD Espanyol

Barcelona are unbeaten in their last 21 LaLiga derbies against Espanyol (W16 D5), keeping a clean sheet in 15 of them – it’s their best unbeaten run against them in the top-flight.

Barcelona have won their last 10 LaLiga games at Camp Nou against Espanyol, netting 3.3 goals per game on average, while only conceding two goals on aggregate. This run comes after they were winless in their previous three games against them at home in the competition (D2 L1).

Espanyol’s last LaLiga win against Barcelona at Camp Nou was in February 2009 (1-2), when Iván de la Peña scored his only brace for Espanyol in the competition.

Espanyol have drawn 38 LaLiga games against Barcelona, more than against any other opponent in the competition’s history (GP171 – W34 D38 L99).

Barcelona are looking to win their 100th LaLiga game against Espanyol (GP171 W34 D38 L99) and they could become only the second opponent to reach this landmark against them, after Real Madrid (GP171 – W35 D33 L103)

Barcelona’s Lionel Messi has been involved in 13 goals in his last eight LaLiga games against Espanyol (nine goals and four assists), including a hat-trick in September 2017 and a brace in March 2019 in his two last home meetings against them.

Barcelona’s Lionel Messi has scored three hat-tricks against Espanyol, his joint-best total against an opponent in the competition alongside Osasuna, Valencia and Deportivo de La Coruña.

After scoring in each of his first four LaLiga games for Espanyol (four goals), Raúl de Tomás has gone seven consecutive matches without finding the back of the net - his longest drought in the competition.

Barcelona’s Quique Setién is unbeaten in his last five managerial games against Espanyol in all competitions (W3 D2), this after losing three of his previous five (W1 D1 L3).

Francisco Rufete is the first Espanyol manager to lose his first three LaLiga games in charge since Juande Ramos in September 2002 (also three). No manager has ever lost his first four games in charge of the club in the top-flight.

SD Eibar - CD Leganés

Eibar are unbeaten in seven LaLiga games against Leganes (GP7 W5 D2 L0), as they are against Granada. These are Eibar’s longest unbeaten runs against any single LaLiga opponent.

Eibar have won their three LaLiga home games against Leganes keeping a clean sheet in all of them - the first one was played on MD35 in April 2017 (2-0).

Eibar have lost three of their last four LaLiga games at home against Madrilenian sides (W1), however, they won last one 2-0 against Atlético de Madrid last January.

Eibar have only won one of their last five home LaLiga games (D1 L3), a 1-0 victory against Valencia in June, after winning three of their previous four at Ipurúa (D1).

After winning against Espanyol at RCDE Stadium in the last matchday (1-0), Leganés could win back-to-back LaLiga games for the first time this season - the last time they won consecutive league matches was between March and April 2019.

Eibar have lost their last two LaLiga games failing to score in both – they last lost three consecutive matches in the competition without finding the back of the net in February/March 2016 (3).

CD Leganés have won just one of their five LaLiga games without Óscar Rodríguez this season (L4), with that victory coming last time out against Espanyol (1-0).

Against Espanyol in the last game, Leganés' Jonathan Silva scored his first LaLiga goal this season. In total, he has scored four goals in the competition, more than any other defender for the club.

Eibar’s Kike García has scored in his last three LaLiga games against Leganes (three goals).

Leganés’ Javier Aguirre will manage his first LaLiga game against Eibar. The Mexican’s only previous meeting with Eibar came in the Copa del Rey in November 2002, while in charge of Osasuna (0-0).

RCD Mallorca - Levante UD

Mallorca have lost two of their last three games against Levante in LaLiga (D1) after going unbeaten against them in the competition between 2006 and 2012 (W5 D3).

Mallorca lost their first LaLiga game against Levante at home (1-2 in May 2005); however, they are unbeaten in the last five against them in the competition (W4 D1).

Mallorca have only won one of their last seven LaLiga games (D1 L5), a 5-1 victory against RC Celta de Vigo in their last home game. The last time the Balearic team won back to back home league matches was in October 2019.

After five consecutive defeats on the road in LaLiga between January and February, Levante are unbeaten in their last three away games in the competition (W1 D2).

Mallorca have faced 15 penalties in LaLiga this season, more than any other team in a single campaign in the competition since 2003/04.

Excluding own goals, Borja Mayoral has scored two of Levante's last four away goals in LaLiga. He has already scored four away league goals this campaign, his best tally away from home in a season in the competition.

Ante Budimir (12 goals this season) is the highest scoring Mallorca player in a single LaLiga season since Aritz Aduriz in 2009/10 (also 12).

Mallorca’s Salva Sevilla has scored five goals in LaLiga this season, more than in any of his previous six seasons in the top-flight (four goals for Betis on 13/14).

Against Celta de Vigo in June, Mallorca’s Takefusa Kubo became the youngest non-Spanish player to provide two assists in a single LaLiga game in the 21st century (19y, 26d).

Levante’s Rubén Rochina has scored in his two LaLiga games against Mallorca (two goals); one for Zaragoza in 2013 and the other for his current club in the reverse fixture this season.

Athletic Club - Sevilla FC

Sevilla have won two of their last four LaLiga games against Athletic (W2 D1 L1), only one win fewer than in their previous nine meetings against them in the competition (W3 D1 L5).

Athletic have won their last nine LaLiga home games against Sevilla keeping a clean sheet in five of them – it’s their best ever winning run at home against them.

Sevilla have just lost two of their last six away games against Basque teams in LaLiga (W2 D2 L2), after four defeats in a row in Basque Country between 2017 and 2018.

Athletic have already lost four LaLiga home games this season without scoring (versus Valencia, Getafe, Osasuna and Real Madrid), doubling the number of defeats they suffered on home soil in the entirety of 2018-19 (two).

Sevilla are unbeaten in their last five LaLiga away games (W2 D3) - the last time they went six without defeat away from home in the competition was between March and September 2015, under Unai Emery (nine).

This will be the third game missed by Raúl García in LaLiga this season. Athletic lost the previous two without him (versus Real Betis and Real Sociedad), however both defeats did come away from home.

Sevilla’s Munir El Haddadi has been involved in at least one goal in each of his last four LaLiga away games (two goals and two assists), the first time he has had a hand in a goal in four consecutive away matches in the competition.

Sevilla’s Munir El-Haddadi has scored three goals in his last five LaLiga games against Athletic: one for Alavés, one for Barcelona and another for his current team.

Should he feature in this game, Athletic's Dani García will make his 200th appearance in LaLiga. He has started 197 games in the competition, winning 70, drawing 56 and losing 73.

Athletic’s Gaizka Garitano has only won one of his six managerial LaLiga games against Sevilla (D2 L3), winning the last one at home in January 2019.

Real Sociedad - Granada CF

Real Sociedad have won their last five LaLiga games against Granada, scoring at least two goals in each of them, their best run against them in the top-flight.

Real Sociedad have lost just one of their last eight LaLiga meetings against Granada at home (W5 D2), 0-3 in May 2015. This was one of their only two defeats against the Andalusian side in the top-flight (also 0-2 in September 1973).

Real Sociedad have won three of their last five LaLiga games against Andalusian sides (L2), having won only one of their previous 11 meetings against such opposition (D5 L5).

Granada are unbeaten in their last five away LaLiga games (W2 D3), their best ever unbeaten run on the road in the top-flight.

Real Sociedad have only won one of their last seven LaLiga games (D2 L4), 2-1 v Espanyol in their last home game, after winning four of their previous five matches in the competition (L1).

No side has lost fewer points from winning positions than Granada in LaLiga this season (four, level with the top team in the competition, Real Madrid).

Since the restart of LaLiga, Granada’s Carlos Fernández has scored three goals in seven league appearances, as many as in his previous 18 games in the competition.

Real Sociedad’s Cristian Portugués “Portu” scored his fourth LaLiga brace in the reverse fixture against Granada and his first in the competition for Sociedad.

Granada’s Roberto Soldado has scored five goals in his five LaLiga games against Real Sociedad, including two braces, both for Valencia (2011 and 2012).

Real Sociedad’s Mikel Oyarzabal has either scored or assisted in three of his four LaLiga games against Granada (two goals and two assists in total).

Real Madrid CF - Deportivo Alavés

Real Madrid have won 11 of their last 12 games against Alavés in LaLiga (L1), with their only defeat against them during this period coming away from home in October 2018 (0-1).

Real Madrid have won their last seven LaLiga games against Alavés, netting 3.7 goals per game and keeping a clean sheet in their last four encounters against them.

None of the 14 LaLiga encounters between Real Madrid and Alavés in Madrid have ended level (13 wins for Real Madrid and one for Alavés, under José Manuel Esnal in May 2000 – 1-0).

Only one time before (20 in 1987/88) have Real Madrid conceded fewer goals after 34 games in a LaLiga season than in 2019/20 (21).

Alavés have lost their last five LaLiga games, failing to score in four of them, and they could equal their worst run in the top-flight, suffered twice previously, coming the last one between August and September 2018 (six).

Deportivo Alavés have failed to register a single shot on target in six different LaLiga games this season, more than any other side in the competition.

Real Madrid’s Karim Benzema has been involved in six goals in his six LaLiga appearances against Alavés (three goals and three assists); including one goal and two assists in Real Madrid’s win at Santiago Bernabéu in February 2018 (4-0).

Sergio Ramos will be missing for this game due to suspension; he is Real Madrid’s top scorer in LaLiga since the restart, scoring in five of their seven games (five goals in total).

Alavés’ Joselu has scored three goals in his three LaLiga meetings against Real Madrid, including a brace in his only game at Santiago Bernabéu for Deportivo de La Coruña in December 2016.

Alavés' Lucas Pérez has failed to score in his last six LaLiga games and he will suffer his worst scoring run for the club in the competition (seven).
