Born in Nigeria but raised in London after his parents were tragically killed, Moses began his professional career with Crystal Palace, though all four seasons at Selhurst Park were spent in the Championship.

He was given his shot at the big time when he signed for Wigan Athletic in January 2010 and after injury initially blunted his progress, he became a regular for the side.

Chelsea were long time admirers of the winger and having had four bids knocked back by Wigan, they finally got their man when he signed in August 2012 for an undisclosed fee.

After a good first season, he was surprisingly loaned to Liverpool for the 2013/14 campaign, then to Stoke City for the next season and West Ham United the campaign after that. He made decent contributions to all of them.

He returned to Chelsea for the 2016/17 season and became a regular under manager Antonio Conte as The Blues lifted the Premier League title, playing in all but four of their games.

His form continued through the next season, but by the time the 2018/19 campaign came around his influence had waned and he had a succession of loans to Fenerbahce in Turkey, Inter Milan in Italy and Spartak Moscow in Russia, where he remains today.

He was also part of the Chelsea squad that won the 2012/13 Europa League title, though he did not feature in the final.
