Kolombo who is reported to be 39-year-old has compiled a record 16-1; 16 with his only loss coming against Israel Madrimov on points over ten rounds in Tashkent.
The 27-year-old Singh 16-3; 8 who is bit of an unknown factor holds the WBC Asia Continental super middleweight title, will be dropping down in weight to take on Kolombo.
The tournament is promoted by Sfiso Shongwe.

In a woman’s bout at bantamweight Ellen “Tigress” Simwaka from Malawi meets Asandiswa Nxokwana over eight rounds.
Simwaka holds the IBF Africa bantamweight title.
Darrin “The Destroyer” Rossouw 6-0; 4 goes in against Congolese Jacques Tshikibu Muvid 7-1; 4 in a six round junior middleweight bout.

The exciting recently crowned South African super middleweight champion Asemahle Willem 5-0; 3 meets Freeman Mabvongwe 8-2; 4 from Zimbabwe for the vacant ABU SADC super middleweight title at the International Convention Centre in East London Saturday 10 December.
On Sunday 11 December in Durban, South Africa’s Ronald Malind1 19-0; 9 faces Jorge Orozco Mendoza 17-3-2; 11 in a clash for the vacant WBF bantamweight title.
