The Hollywoodbets Dolphins head into an exciting weekend of Hollywoodbets Pro Series action this weekend at Hollywoodbets Kingsmead Stadium against WSB Western Province hoping to remain at the sharp end of both tables.
The Dolphins head into their Hollywoodbets Pro20 clash on Sunday trailing Western Province on the table, having lost one match while their visitors are unbeaten in the shortest format of the game.
A win for the Dolphins will take them to the summit of the 20 over table, while they will want to consolidate their spot at the top of the top of the Hollywoodbets Pro50 table.
The Dolphins fell to a first defeat in the 50 over competition last weekend, however bounced back to beat the Knights on Sunday in the 20 over competition.
They have a four point advantage at the top of the 50 over table as it stands heading into this weekend. A win will give them a big boost heading into the final two rounds of the two competitions.
It's going to be an exciting run-in to the end of the season as the Dolphins will face the DP World Lions and WSB Western Province in the last two rounds. These are the two teams that are closest to them in either competition.
Head coach of the Hollywoodbets Dolphins Angelique Taai is excited by the opportunity for her side to continue their brilliant form.
"We've been hard at work this week trying to make sure that we are as prepared as we can possibly be," Taai said. "It's been an exciting week of preparation for us and it's going to be another exciting weekend to showcase our skills.
"A strong weekend from a results perspective will set us up well for the final few matches of the season."
The Hollywoodbets Dolphins have a strong squad to select from and will only be without Ayanda Hlubi who is unavailable due to an injury.
Hollywoodbets Kingsmead Stadium will host the Pro50 on Saturday and then Pro20 on Sunday.
