The Comoros Islands, seeking to repeat their shock qualification for the last Africa Cup of Nations finals, have made three changes to their squad for their must-win game against Lesotho in South Africa on Saturday.
The Indian Ocean islanders had a fairytale debut tournament in Cameroon 18 months ago, where they reached the last 16, but are struggling this time to reach the next finals in the Ivory Coast.
They have lost three of four Group H matches and have only three points in third place.
They must beat the Basotho at the Orlando Stadium in Soweto to keep up their slim hopes but also need the Ivory Coast to beat Zambia away in Ndola the same day in the other group game.
Coach Younes Zerdouk has called up winger Soiyir Sanali and attacking midfielder William Vouama, who both play in the fourth tier of French football.
Midfielder Halifa Soulé, also based in France, returns to the national team after four years of absence. The trio make up for the absence of the experienced El Fardou Ben Mohamed, Nasser Chamed and Faïz Mattoir, who all miss out through injury.
