Orlando Pirates teen sensation Boitumelo Radiopane has been loaned to Cape Town Spurs in the GladAfrica Championship following an impressive campaign in the DStv Diski Challenge.
Radiopane who will be turning 20 in October, was Pirates' top player in the past season. He scored a record of 24 goals in 27 matches which in the Diski Challenge.
His impressive displays saw him also getting a few minutes with the first team towards the end of last season, however, he could not open his first-team account.
Pirates last season co-coach, Mandla Ncikazi had promised that the youngster would be given a fair chance in the upcoming season. However, the club opted against loaning him out.

The 19-year-old was recently named DStv Diski Challenge Player of the Season and Top Goal Scorer after firing in 24 goals in the 2021/22 campaign.
Radiopane edged Kaizer Chiefs sensation Mduduzi Shabalala who was also among the standout player to win the player of the season gong.
Radiopane now joins the likes of defenders Thabiso Sesane, Brian Hlongwa, Tercious Malepe, Sandile Mthethwa, midfielder Lebogang ‘Ace’ Sentsho, Azola Tshobeni and striker Eethe Khaukanani who came from Pirates Diski Challenge team and were loaned to First Division.
Tshobeni and Sesane spent the past season with JDR Stars and relegated Jomo Cosmos will also learn their fate in the upcoming weeks as the club will decide whether they loan them back or they stay at Buccaneers this season.
Meanwhile, Chiefs promoted Shabalala to the first team as he signed a three-year deal with Amakhosi.
