In the opening game of this year’s tournament, popular Kasi football side AT Mambas took on Chiawelo side Tricky Boys FC in a high scoring affair, which ultimately saw the sides share the spoils 3-3.

The game left many fans that had braved the cold, wanting more.
The second game of the day, saw Major 1 take on Shaka United.
For the longest time it looked like it would end in a goalless draw, but in the 89th minute of the game the Vaal side scored with only seconds left on the clock to seal a nail-biting 1-0 win.

In the final game of the day, Aston Villa took on Newcastle Young Chiefs.
Sthembiso Hlophe made it 1-0 for Villa, but Thabang Tsotsetsi pulled one back for Chiefs in the 51st minute.
Bonginkosi Dlamini put Chiefs ahead in the 64th minute before Khethukhuthula Zwane added the final nail in the coffin in the 82nd minute to secure a convincing 3-1 victory.
Looking at Friday’s fixtures, Skepe Nketole take on P&S Academy at 11am, while The AT Mambas and Major1 lock horns at 1pm.
In the final game of the day, Tricky Boys tackle Shake United at 3pm.
