The Poisonous Snakes top Group A with five points from three outings, having scored 11 goals and conceded seven in 270 minutes of football.
Shaka United will now play in the plate tournament having lost all three their group games.
Earlier in the opening game of the day, Skepe Nketole and Newcastle Young Chiefs played to 0-0 draw in an entertaining game which had many midfield duels, but both sides failed to capitalise on the mistakes of their opponents.
P&S Academy kept their hopes alive of still playing in the main cup competition with a 2-0 victory over winless Aston Villa in a Group B encounter.
Looking at Sunday’s fixtures, Tricky Boys square off against Major1 at 11am, while Young Chiefs and P&S Academy lock horns at 1pm.
In the final game of the day, Aston Villa take on Skepe Nketole at 3pm.
