Sekhukhune United will tussle it out with AmaZulu FC in Saturday's DStv Premiership match at the New Peter Mokaba Stadium.

Kick-off is at 3pm CAT (SA, GMT+2).

CURRENT FORM

Babina Noko extended their winless run to four matches in the league when they drew 0-0 with Polokwane City away on 11 May and it was their third consecutive draw.

However, Sekhukhune remain fourth in the DStv Premiership standings - two points above sixth-placed SuperSport United and fifth-placed TS Galaxy with two games left.

Meanwhile, AmaZulu stretched their winless run to three matches in the league when they drew 1-1 with Kaizer Chiefs at home on 12 May and it was their second draw in a row.

Usuthu also remain 12th in the DStv Premiership standings - six points above the relegation playoff spot (15th) and two points behind eighth-placed Chiefs with two matches left.

TEAM NEWS

AmaZulu will be without the suspended Riaan Hanamub who picked up his fourth yellow card of the season in the game against Chiefs.

Sekhukhune, on the other hand, have no suspension issues coming into this crucial penultimate league match of the season.

WHAT WAS SAID?

Sekhukhune United coach Lehlohonolo Seema

“It’s only that people are talking about that one [Jamie Webber] because he was unhappy when he went out. But that one [incident] we spoke about it. He understood why he came out, and we moved on," Seema said.

“You will see Webber in the next matches, and there is nothing wrong; it’s just that today [Saturday against Polokwane City FC], we opted for guys that were in the team today."

AmaZulu FC coach Pablo Franco Martin

“We are going to go to Sekhukhune knowing that they are also playing for a good position in the log, it’s going to be a tough game. We already experienced that scenario with them in the Nedbank Cup," Franco Martin said.

“And we were capable of beating them, and then Arrows is the last game we are going to play. It’s a derby, we are also fighting to be the best ones this season in KwaZulu-Natal."

PLAYERS TO WATCH

Chibuike Ohizu, Sekhukhune: The 27-year-old striker has found the back of the net three times in his last six matches for Babina Noko and he will be determined to propel his side to a victory over AmaZulu.

Victor Letsoalo, AmaZulu Usuthu will pin their hopes of securing a win on the experienced forward who netted against Chiefs and also scored in the team's Nedbank Cup win over Sekhukhune two months ago.
