TEAM NEWS
Both teams have no suspension worries coming into this Limpopo Derby encounter, but Polokwane will be without their captain Puleng Marema who is still out injured.
WHAT WAS SAID?
Sekhukhune United coach Lehlohonolo Seema
“I will talk about that [finishing in the top four in the league] later because from [positions] seven, six, and five, we are being hunted, so I can’t even talk about that, we’ll just see, maybe in the last game we’ll see how it is,” Seema said.
“But at the moment, it’s very tight. I don’t even know the results of the other teams, maybe we are not even there [in the running], so we just want to take it one game at a time. The derby is coming up - Polokwane City is a difficult one also, so we’re trying to take it one game at a time.”
Polokwane City coach Phuti Mohafe
"That phrase [moving into the top eight] is something that, we as the technical team have to erase from the minds of the players, because every time we are about to jump into the top eight, it seems like we are choking," Mohafe said.
"Maybe this top eight is not for us. These three games, we will play them as they come. We just hope that we will get one or three points just to ensure that we move into the top eight. We need to have the bragging rights, [against Sekhukhune], it is one of the other matches that we have to play, and if we have to win it, let it be."
