Mekelakeya face Shashemene City hoping to return to the summit after being knocked off by CBE, and Bahir Dar face Wolaitta Dicha.
The die is cast for week 15 Ethiopian premier league matches on a special Saturday line up of three matches at the Adama Science and Technology University stadium.
Bahir Dar City have been operating at a much lower standard this season, and they face Wolaitta Dicha looking for redemption.
Wolaitta Dicha are in 7th place with 22 points and their opponents, Bahir Dar City follow closely in 8th place on 19 points.
Wolaitta Dicha can finish the first round in 5th place if they win this fixture.
However, the Tona Bees are undefeated on the last three matches winning one with two draws.
Bahir Dar City on the other hand have been a shadow of their high-flying side from last season especially how poor they have been in their last six games.
They have endured two consecutive defeats on the back of a winless run that includes two draws.
This has been very uncomplimentary for their head Coach, Degeareg Yigzaw in his time at Bahir Dar City.
The other match of the day pitches relegation threatened Shashemene City against Mekelakeya.
The Defence Force will try and return to the summit of the League after being knocked off the perch, following their 4-0 defeat to Ethiopia Coffee, which was only their second defeat this far, this season.
If they win, they will return to the top of the table.
