Sidama Coffee arrive in good form for their game against Dire Dawa looking to better the 2-2 draw in the first round .
The BetKing Ethiopia Premier League match come up at the Dire Dawa International Stadium where Sidama have enjoyed good fortune but not so much Dire Dawa
Sidama 's resurgence owes a lot to the arrival of Coach Seyoum Kebede after a flagging start to their season with poor results, but also the presence of legendary Striker, Saladhin Seid.
Saladhin 's partnership with last season's League top scorer, Yigezu Bogale complementing by the heroics of Endale Kebede.
Kebede had been the one bright light earlier in the season but Bogale and Saladhin have been productive, and both got on the scoresheet in their penultimate game against bottom Club, Legetafo Legedadi
Last week, it was Saladhin Seid who scored their lone goal when they beat Ethio Electric.
The veteran striker headed in from close range from a freekick beating Ethio Electric goalkeeper Tilahun Tadele.
Sidama Coffee finally got back to winning ways after a patchy start to the season thanks to the double sprinkle of Kebede magic as they beat Wolkite City 1-0 in the first round.
It was a game that marked the start of the reign of Seyoum Kebede, one of Ethiopian football's most celebrated coaches.
However, it was the coach's namesake, Endale Kebede, who did the damage for Sidama with his late goal in the 82nd minute.
This encounter is a repeat of the opening week fixture at the Bahir Dar University Stadium which ended 2-2
Endale Kebede gave Sidama a 1-0 lead in the 31st minute, while Eniyew Kassahun equalised for Dire Dawa on 38 minutes.
Sidama took a 2-1 lead in the second half when legendary striker Saladin Seid converted from the penalty spot in the 47th minute.
Dire Dawa, however, clawed their way back into contention when Yosef Yohannes drew them level in the 64th minute.
In the end, a draw seemed to be a fair result, somewhat of a decent start for Dire Dawa who have struggled through the last two seasons and looks to be on the same trajectory this season.
Sidama on the other hand just keeps heading towards the title race, something Seyoum Kebede relished at Fasil City with whom he won the League two seasons ago.
