Bahir Dar City kept their title chase alive with a 3-1 win over Legato Legedadi and Ethiopia Coffee ended their game week 20 clash with Arbaminch City in a 1-1 draw a on Wednesday both at the Adams Science and Technology University Stadium.
Fasil Asmamaw put Bahir Dar City ahead in the 40th minute as the first half produced only one goal with the resistance of Legetafo Legedadi.
However, on 68 minutes, Alelign Azene made it 2-0, and Yeabssira Tesfaye added the 3rd in the 71st minute.
Gabriel Ahmed pulled one back to for Legetafo Legedadi on the 3rd minute of added time. 3-1 it ended with Bahir Dar up to points behind Leaders St George.
In the other game, Temesgen Derese, who has been the in-form Striker for Arbaminch City in recent weeks with his all out attacking style and he capped with the opening goal that put Arbaminch City in the lead on 43 minutes.

Mohamed Nasir equalized for Ethiopia Coffee in the 59th minute and underlined his status as the front line player for coffee, and it was his 7th goal of the season.
Ethiopia Coffee remain in 6th place with 27 points in the league standings, while Arbaminch City is in the 12th place with 22 points.
In the next schedule of the league, Ethiopia Coffee will meet with Dire Dawa City and Arbaminch City go up against the League leaders, St. George.
