The 27-year-old, who scored against Stellenbosch in last season’s Carling Knockout final, though his new side ended up lifting the trophy, will add options for coach Steve Barker in attack.
The 2023/24 campaign was his first in the topflight and he netted seven goals in 34 appearances (28 starts) in all competitions for The Rockets.
"We are delighted to bolster our attacking line-up by welcoming Lehlogonolo to the Club,” Stellenbosch FC CEO Rob Benadie said.
“He is a dynamic player who we have been monitoring for some time and we believe he will be a valuable addition to our squad who will aid the Club in its ambitions to compete on all fronts.”
Stellenbosch will be Mojela’s fifth club in as many years, having also previously played for TS Sporting, Platinum City Rovers and Casric Stars in the Motsepe Foundation Championship.
In all, he has 12 goals in 105 appearances (70 starts) in his professional career.
He made two substitute appearances for a youthful Bafana Bafana at the 2024 COSAFA Cup in Gqeberha.
He joins fellow new arrivals, left back Omega Mdaka and midfielder Sanele Barns at the Winelands club.
