Team GB had earlier beaten Germany 71-43 thanks to a sensational 35-point performance from Gregg Warburton.
Later, the Americans never looked in trouble against 2012 champions Canada as Brian Bell hit 31 points to lead all scorers.
Team USA will go for a third consecutive Paralympic gold on Saturday on the same Bercy Arena court where their men's Olympic team led by LeBron James won the gold medal three weeks ago.
Britain showed though that they have the firepower to pose a challenge.
They led Germany by just four points after two quarters but Warburton, 27, then turned the game into a shooting masterclass.
Overall he shot 63 per cent from the field and Lee Manning added 14 points as Team GB pulled away.
