Chippa United will take on Lamontville Golden Arrows in an Absa Premiership match at the Orlando Stadium on Saturday.
Kick-off is at 3:30 pm CAT.
The Chilli Boys need a point to retain their status in the top flight league despite being winless in their last two matches after losing 1-0 to Kaizer Chiefs in midweek.
They are placed 12th on the league standings - three points above the relegation zone heading into their last match of the season.
Lehlohonolo Seema, the Chippa coach, is pleased with his side's fighting spirit, but he feels that they need to improve in front of goal after failing to score against Chiefs.
"It is a work in progress. I’m sure you can see the Chippa. The fight is there. The commitment is there," Seema said.
"It’s just that the team you see lacks a bit of confidence, especially in the box there. Kurt [Lentjies] has big longs; three taken with the left and you can see TK [Thokozani Sekotlong]."
Meanwhile, Arrows extended their winless run to eight matches when they drew 0-0 draw with Bloemfontein Celtic in midweek.
Abafana Bes'thende's hopes of finishing in the top eight have diminished as they are four points behind eighth-placed Highlands Park.
Steve Komphela, the Arrows coach, has indicated that they are still rebuilding the team after they kept their first clean sheet in their last four league games.
"We have to take the positives. We are still building. Siyavuya Ndlovu - the centre back, he is still young [and] getting there," Komphela said.
"We have to go back to the dressing room and have a shower and have a meal. We have to dust ourselves and regenerate and wait for the next game and see what happens."
