Enock Sakala scored a brace of goals as ZESCO United completed an excellent 3-1 away win at FC MUZA to move four points clear at the top of the MTN Super League on Saturday.

Sakala netted twice in the first half before Kelvin Mubanga added a third to seal the three points. Andrew Phiri scored a late consolation for the home side, who were well beaten in the end.

Second-placed Nkwazi had to settle for a 1-1 away draw at Mufulira Wanderers as they came from behind in the second period.

Collins Makungu put Wanderers ahead six minutes after the break, but Wezzy Kumwenda equalised for the visitors, who couldn’t force the winner they so desperately craved.

Forest Rangers compounded the woes of defending champions Power Dynamos as they claimed a 1-0 home victory. Moyela Libamba got the only goal after 16 minutes.

Rangers continue their impressive home form this season, and would be higher up the table but for the fact they are winless on the road.

Struggling Nkana FC claimed what could be a precious victory in their battle to move out of the relegation zone with a 2-1 home success against Green Buffaloes.

Jacob Ngulube had them in front after only four minutes, but Nicholas Mulilo equalised for Buffaloes just after halftime.

Ngulube was given a chance for his second from the penalty-spot and converted with 15 minutes remaining to seal the win.

Finally, NAPSA Stars claimed a 1-0 home win over Prison Leopards as Simon Nkhata scored in the first half.
