Stellenbosch have announced a massive clean-out for next season with 13 players leaving the club at the end of the campaign in which they failed to finish inside the top eight for the first time in four years.
It continues veteran coach Gavin Hunt’s penchant for frequent overhauls of personnel at the clubs he has coached and means there will be multiple new faces next season.
Stellenbosch had already previously confirmed the departures of international centre-backs Thabo Moloisane and Athenkosi Mcaba.
The Club has bid farewell to several players who depart upon the expiration of their respective contracts and loan agreements.

Also out is Nigerian fullback Kazie Enyinnaya and striker Khomotjo Lekoloane while Wayde Jooste and Olisa Ndah, who only joined in the January window, have not had the option to renew their initial six-month contracts.
Goalkeeper Oscarine Masuluke and third choice Dejean Ah Shene have also been released.
Striker Tshegofatso Mabasa returns to Pirates after a brief loan spell while
Kobamelo Kodisang and Asekho Tiwani go back to Sundowns.
Stellenbosch have also confirmed the sale of Kyle Jurgens to Durban City. He had been on loan with the Nedbank Cup winners this season and they took up the option to purchase him outright.
Long-serving goalkeeper Lee Langeveldt has retired and will now serve as a goalkeeper coach for the youth Academy, Reserves, and ladies teams.
Stellenbosch are expected to announce the signing of Sinoxolo Kwayiba from Chippa United in the coming days.
