Chambishi claimed a maiden MTN Super League victory this season with a shock 2-1 away success at Nkana FC on Sunday to deepen the crisis at their hosts.
Chambishi had lost their first four games of the campaign but came good against Nkana, despite finishing the game with 10 men.
DR Congo forward Andy Boyeli put them in front in the first half, before his compatriot Tresor Ndaya equalised for Nkana.
The winner came on the hour-mark as Chabala Kasanda netted, but a red card soon afterwards meant they had to hang on grimly at the end.
Nkana drop into the bottom four with a single win from their opening five games and four points in all.
In the only other game on Sunday, Forest Rangers and Green Buffaloes played to a goalless draw.
It means both sides remain unbeaten from their opening five games with identical records – two wins, three draws and nine points. Both will see it as a solid start to the campaign.
