Edin Dzeko will lead the line alongside Lautaro Martinez for Inter Milan at Porto in the Champions League last 16 second leg on Tuesday, with Romelu Lukaku starting on the bench.

Belgium striker Lukaku helped Simone Inzaghi's Inter earn a 1-0 win in the first leg in February, but must settle for a place on the bench, alongside fit-again defender Milan Skriniar.

Porto are without their captain, 40-year-old centre-back Pepe, who was not even named on the bench despite expectations he would start the game.

Evanilson on the other hand has recovered from injury and starts alongside Mehdi Taremi in attack at the Estadio do Dragao.

With right-back Joao Mario injured, Brazilian winger Pepe fills in for him, out of position, while the suspended Otavio is replaced by Stephen Eustaquio.

Starting line ups:

Porto (4-4-2)

Diogo Costa; Pepe, Fabio Cardoso, Marcano, Zaidu; Marko Grujic, Mateus Uribe, Stephen Eustaquio, Galeno; Evanilson, Medhi Taremi

Coach: Sergio Conceicao (POR)

Inter (3-5-2) Andre Onana; Matteo Darmian, Francesco Acerbi, Alessandro Bastoni; Denzel Dumfries, Nicolo Barella, Hakan Calhanoglu, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Federico Dimarco; Lautaro Martinez, Edin Dzeko

Coach: Simone Inzaghi (ITA)

Referee: Szymon Marciniak (POL)
