Championship side Swansea appointed Barnsley's Michael Duff as their new manager on Thursday.
Duff replaces Russell Martin at the Liberty Stadium after his predecessor moved to fellow second tier club Southampton 24 hours earlier.
The 45-year-old emerged as Swansea's first choice after Birmingham boss John Eustace was also reported to be in contention for the job.
?? "I want to play good football and I know that there is an expectation of that at this football club, but it’s about evolving it, moving it and being a bit more on the front foot."

"We need that one team mentality; the players, staff, fans, and board. Everyone needs to pull in the same direction because that's the only way you're going to achieve success," Duff said.
"I've had seven promotions in my career as a player and manager so I know what an environment should look and smell like."
Former Burnley midfielder Duff spent one year in charge at Barnsley and guided them to the League One play-off final, where they were beaten 1-0 by Sheffield Wednesday at Wembley in May.
Duff has also managed Cheltenham, winning League Two in 2021, before joining Barnsley last year.
