Ethiopia international, Amanuel Gebremichael has joined Fasil Kenema after he finished his contract with League Champions, St George.
Gebremichael has signed on a two-year deal with "the Emperors" a very remarkable move that has the fans looking in the direction of Fasil already to challenge for the title.
This is because of the mouthwatering prospects of his combination with another Fasil recruit, his legendary former St George teammate Getaneh Kebede.
Kebede joined Fasil from Wolkite last week after a turbulent season where they narrowly escaped relegation on the last day.
However, he still emerged second top scorer in the league and Kebede must be relishing his chances of more goals and potentially another title run with Amanuel's arrival.
Amanuel is becoming Ethiopian football's new talisman with three titles already in his kitty.
Amanuel was the main man when Mekelle 70 Enderta won Ethiopian Premier League title on 2018/19.
After Mekelle 70 Enderta stopped playing on the league due to civil war on the northern part of Ethiopia, he joined St George.
He spent three seasons for St George and he won two league titles with the Horsemen.
