Leader Yealimi Noh will be joined by Esther Henseleit in the final pairing on Sunday at the 2026 AIG Women's Open.
The American leads the way at Royal Lytham & St Annes after a two-under-par third round of 69 moved her to seven-under-par for the Championship.
She is ahead by three shots, with Henseleit one of five players in a tie for second on four-under-par.
Noh and Henseleit will get their final rounds under way at 2.35pm BST.
World No 2 Jeeno Thitikul and Lucy Li, also on four-under, will play in the penultimate group, starting ten minutes earlier.
Double major winner Haeran Ryu and Shiho Kuwaki make up the contingent in T2, and they'll tee off at 2.15pm.
Lottie Woad is one shot further back on three-under. She will play with Ayaka Furue (-2) at 2.05pm.
Meanwhile, 2024 Champion Lydia Ko (-1) has been paired with Charley Hull (-2), the duo out at 1.45pm, and world No 1 Nelly Korda (+1) will be joined by Rio Takeda (+1) at 1pm.
Casandra Alexander and Mi Hyang Lee will get the final round started at 8.45am.
