Alvaro Bautista achieved his sixth victory in seven races at Assen, advancing in the 2023 WorldSBK Championship battle despite starting from fourth place due to a grid penalty.
After overtaking Alex Lowes in third place early on, Bautista passed Toprak Razgatlioglu on lap six and eventually snatched the lead from pole-sitter Jonathan Rea halfway through lap nine.
Rea finished second, followed by Razgatlioglu in third, while Andrea Locatelli took fourth place after fighting off Scott Redding.
Axel Bassani came in fifth and secured top independent honours aboard his Motocross Ducati.
The final points-scoring positions went to Philipp Oettl and Michael Ruben Rinaldi, with Bradley Ray finishing in 18th place.
