A potential featherweight thriller between Max Holloway and Jung Chan-sung will headline the UFC’s next Fight Night, set for the Singapore Indoor Stadium on Sunday morning.
Holloway (24-7) comes into the match on the back of a unanimous decision win over Arnold Allen in April of this year – a third win from his last four trips to the Octagon.

The 31-year-old ‘Blessed’ is hopeful that a win over ‘The Korean Zombie’ will set him on a path to have another crack at featherweight champion Alexander Volkanovski, who recently mounted yet another successful defence of his crown with a comfortable victory over interim champion Yair Rodriguez.
“Congrats to him [Volkanovski]. We'll see what happens next. I can't wait. I'm excited. Like I said in the last video, I kinda don't want someone to dethrone this guy. I wanna be the guy," Holloway noted. "I'll see you soon, my friend, I'll see you soon. First things first, we got 'Zombie' hunting.”
Jung (17-7) was soundly beaten by Volkanovski in his last outing in April of 2022, but remains one of the UFC’s most respected featherweights and will be a wildly popular headliner in Singapore.
The 36-year-old Korean welcomes the chance to take on Holloway, who effectively made this fight possible by revealing that one of his career dreams was to fight the ‘OG’ ‘Korean Zombie’.

The rest of the main card features a light heavyweight bout between Anthony Smith and Ryan Spann; Giga Chikadze v Alex Caceres in the featherweight division; a bantamweight battle between Rinya Nakamura and Fernie Garcia; Taila Santos v Erin Blanchfield in the women’s flyweight category; and a heavyweight opener between Junior Tafa and Parker Porter.
