Cape Town Spurs picked up another win on the spin in the DStv Premiership as they beat TS Galaxy 2-0 at the Athlone Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
The Urban Warriors came into the game as the underdogs but were able to once again pick up three points and register only their third win in the league this season.
The team is still bottom of the standings, however they now have 10 points.

The opening minutes of play showed that Spurs meant business as they threw everything they had into their attack.
The goal finally came for the team in the 12th minute as Ashley Cupido was among the goals once again, putting the ball into the back of the net after receiving a pass from Gadiel Michael into the box.
After opening the scoring, Cape Town Spurs started getting a little nervy and were no longer keeping the ball or pressing as high as before.
However, after TS Galaxy could not find the means to equalise, Spurs regained momentum and Luvuyo Phewa came close with his strike but was denied by Fiacre Ntwari.
Katlego Maphathe would double the lead for the Urban Warriors in the 27th minute, reacting quickly in the 18-yard area after making a late run.
The Rockets were still not able to get into their groove as the half continued and Samir Nurkovic was brought on to give some attacking fire.

The second half saw Galaxy playing much better and the team was awarded a penalty after Tshepo Gumede made contact with Nurkovic in the box.
In a twist of events, the referee revoked the decision after consulting his assistants and booked Nurkovic for simulation, much to the dissatisfaction of head coach Sean Ramovic.
In the remaining 25 minutes of the match, the Rockets kept knocking and the corner count kept mounting as Spurs defended with everything they had.
The Urban Warriors did well to defend their lead and walked away with all three points.
