Sigma Lions continued with their goal of giving their young guns more game time as they announced their side to face the Airlink Pumas at Emirates Airline Park on Wednesday.
After being soundly beaten by DHL Western Province in their opening Carling Currie Cup game, the Lions have moved former Junior Boks Tyler Boks and Mannie Rass into a midfield combination with a lot of promise.
Former Pumas scrumhalf Ginter Smits has also been brought in to face his former teammates, while Lunga Ncube comes in at lock for Simon Diuonisio.
Sibusiso Sangweni and Morne Brandon (both who did duty for the Emirates Lions on their Vodacom United Rugby Championship away tour) complete the forward pack.
The team will be captained by Asenathi Ntlabakanye for the second consecutive time.
