Wales rugby great Price dead at 86
Former Newport and Wales captain Brian Price has died at the age of 86, his former club announced Tuesday.
The lock led Wales to a Triple Crown in what was then the Five Nations in 1969, six years after leading Newport to a celebrated 3-0 victory over New Zealand.

Price won 32 Wales caps from 1961-69 at a time when far fewer international matches were played annually by major countries than is the case in the professional era.
He also toured Australia and New Zealand with the 1966 British and Irish Lions, appearing in all four tests of the series.
"We are extremely saddened to hear that Brian Price, one of the greatest players to have worn the Black & Amber jersey, has passed away," Newport RFC posted on X, formerly known as Twitter.
"We send our sincere condolences to Brian's family, friends and everyone privileged enough to have known him."
