Edinburgh hold them up then drive them back towards the 10m line where they win a penalty and kick for touch as they seek the fourth try bonus point.

Stormers win two penalties, and the ref sends an Edinburgh man off for obstruction… the clock is dry but the Stormers are pushing for a bonus point! Scrum 5m…

Stormers scrum hard forward, Edinburgh battle to hold them up… the ball spurts loose but it's another penalty for the Stormers who will scrum again.

Jantjies drive for the line, then it's spread wide to Simelane who is pushed into touch just short of the tryline. Edinburgh lineout with their backs to the wall… and most basic of error that put it in skew, and the Stormers elect a scrum.

Stormers with a lineout on the Edinburgh 22… they spread it down the line quickly to the right wing, who is tackled, and they spread it back left, then right again… then the forwards drive through the middle… and the Stormers win a penalty, kicked to the 5m line.

MAGNIFICENT RUNNING RUGBY FROM THE STORMERS, turning Edinburgh inside out until that eventually run out of space and into a tackle. Superb play from the Stormers.

TRY, STORMERS, ROOS! 43-21; Roos crashes over from the lineout as the Stormers all but pick up the Edinburgh forwards and drive them over the line. Libbok slots his kick and then heads off the field for a break.

TRY, EDINBURGH, HARRISON! 36-21; Harrison crashes over from the lineout for the try…. and Healey slots the conversion from the right perfectly. Are we in for a memorable finish here this evening?

Great run down the left touchline from Edinburgh, before being hauled in by the Stormers. They work their way across the field and into the Stormers 22, driving towards the 5m line in front of poles, winning a penalty that is kicked to touch.

TRY, STORMERS, ROOS! 36-14; The Stormers power through Edinburgh from the 7m lineout, Roos peeling away from the ruck and bounding over for the score. The conversion is 15m in from the left touchline… this time Libbok pulling his kick a few feet to the left of the posts.

Lineout on the Edinburgh 10m… the Stormers win the ball, drive forward, and the desperate Edinburgh defence concedes another penalty, Libbok kicking into touch just short of the 5m line.

PENALTY! Edinburgh blown for holding on the ground in a good attacking position, and the Stormers can clear the danger into the Edinburgh half.

CLOSE! Edinburgh fumble the ball and the Stormers run from behind their line, but Willemse's well-timed pass out wide is just off line and and Hartzenberg can't hold it.

Edinburgh drive forward and to the Stormers 5m line, Hodgson trying to drive through but the ball is knocked out of his hands as he falls over the tryline, but the ref awards another penalty to the Scots.

TRY, STORMERS, HARTZENBERG! 31-14; From the kick-off the Stormers run the line and run the line, until space opens up and the ball is fed to Hartzenberg on the right touchline and he drives through for 15 m before crashing over for the try in the corner, with two Edinburrers diving on top of him in desperation. Libbok with the conversion from the right touchline just pulls it a touch and it's it scrapes past the far post.

… Stormers drive the ruck over the line but the ref rules a tryline dropout.

Stormers win the lineout, drive forward and win another penalty, Libbok kicking it from the 5m line into touch for the lineout…

Edinburgh drive forward into the Stormers half… they drive to the left touchline where the attack is broken down by the Stormers who counter… then Edinburgh counter… and Willemse wins the ball and kicks deep down into the Edinburgh corner. What a passage of play - like watching Centre Court at Wimbledon.

Edinburgh press forward, but the Stormers reclaim possession and Libbok kicks to touch, driving Edinburgh back to the halfway line.

KICK-OFF! We're underway with the second half.

HALF-TIME: STORMERS 26-14 EDINBURGH. A half that only really got going after 15 minutes. The STormers lead at the break but really should have scored at least three more tries where they made crucial errors with the final move to go over the line. The visitirs have done well to stay within touch albeit two opportunistic tries. Please join us after the break.

TRY, STORMERS, ZAS! 28-14: The prefect response from the Stormers. They secure a line-out. Simelane, Du Plessis all involved before WIllemse sends Zas away to take us to half-time. after Jurie Matthee converts. Libbok has been sent for a HIA.

TRY, EDINBURGH, MATA! 19-14: RIGHT BACK AT YOU! After just scoring the Stormers defence let them down and they allow Mata to grab the ball and STORM over the STORMERS! The easy conversion is OVER!

TRY, STORMERS, ZAS! 21-7: An error by Edinburgh as they try to steal the ball ends in a knock. Zas is there to collect the scrappy ball and he runs HOME TO CLEAN THEM UP! The conversion is wide from Libbok!

Edinburgh strip a Stormers ball in the maul and kick deep and into touch.

NO TRY! 14-7: The TMO is involved and rules that there was a knock-on just before the try was scored and that the hand separated from the ball in the process of going over.

TRY, STORMERS, SIMELANE! 19-7: After a few resets at the scrum five metres from the Edinburgh line the visitors come away with it and kick deep! The Stormers settle the ball and go to Libbok and De Wet flies into space before sending Simelane away to SCORE!

The Stormers string nine phases together and Edinburgh are all over the place and are SAVED by a spill by Roos in the process of grabbing it to score.

Edinburgh clear the scrum under pressure via a free-kick and earn some relief.

Libbok finds touch on this occasion with a good kick. They clear te set-piece before Simelane takes them to within five metres. Great work by Edinburgh in defence to TURN IT OVER!

More kicking from both teams before tightening it up. Harris finds himself in the backline twice - WHAT IS HE DOING THERE? The Stormers secure a penalty at the breakdown and some relief.

TRY, STORMERS, HARTZENBERG! 14-7: It was quick, slick and SIMPLE! De Wet pounces on the ball and they send it quickly wide via Willemse to Hartzenberg who runs HOME TO SCORE! Libbok converts via the cross-bar....They all count!

Willemse into a gap for the Stormers and after two more side-steps they stop him. The home team go wide before a spillage from Edinburgh hand them a scrum near the Edinburgh 22.

TRY, EDINBURGH, HENRY! 7-7: Mata clears a scrum at the back for Edinburgh and they make good ground before the Stormers get it back. They fumble and allows Henry to grab an interception and GOES OVER! Great pressure from the visitors and the conversion is also OVER!

TRY, STORMERS, HARTZENBERG! 7-0: The visitors clear a line-out and hoist a kick to test Willemse. He passes this first test. The Stormers go wide before Libbok sends in a cross-kick for Hartzenberg. Luck on the Stormers' side as one of the defenders slip and that's an easy TRY! The conversion is OVER!

We are back where we started and Edinburgh feed the next scrum. This time they manage to clear their set-piece.

Edinburgh feed the first scrum after a knock-on and we already have a reset. After another reset the Stormers are awarded a penalty on halfway. Libbok messes it up and fails to find touch.

Plenty of kicking from both sides to start the half. Luckily we have no wind in Cape Town this afternoon.

They returned the favour to Glasgow Warriors a week later, beating them 19-14 at home. They then put Zebre Parma away 24-19 before pipping the Ospreys 19-15.

Edinburgh have enjoyed a good run in their last five matches, starting with a 27-24 away win over Ulster… but they followed it with a 22-10 away loss to Glasgow Warriors.

The Bulls snorted when the Stormers visited them next, taking their Southern neighbours down to the tune of 40-22 in their last match.

Next up was a 16-15 home win over the Sharks, followed by a 25-21 away win over the Sharks.

The Stormers last five games have thrown up some great contests. They took Zebre Parma down 31-7 at home, then downed the Bulls 26-20 at home.
