Uncapped Japanese full-back Kakeru Okumura will join Toulouse as cover for this year's Rugby World Cup, the French Top 14 champions announced on Thursday.
Shizuoka Blue Revs' 25-year-old will arrive on a short-term deal alongside five other recruits with three rounds of the league season scheduled before the tournament.
South Africa flanker Rynhardt Elstadt, English fly-half Billy Searle, Fijian three-quarter Setareki Bituniyata, ex-New Zealand sevens winger George Tilsley and former Samoa back-rower Piula Faaselele have also signed contracts at Stade Ernest-Wallon.
Elstadt, 33, will extend his time at Toulouse after joining from the Stormers in 2017.
Faaselele, 35, spent three seasons with the outfit between 2016-2019 and won the Top 14 title in his final campaign before joining Perpignan.
Toulouse are set to be without up to 20 players before and during the World Cup, including half-backs Antoine Dupont and Romain Ntamack as well as full-back Thomas Ramos.
Ugo Mola's club begin the defence of their Top 14 title on August 18 with the league taking a seven-week break during the World Cup.
