The DP World Lions won the toss and decided to bat first in their CSA 4-Day Series opener against the Momentum Multiply Titans at DP World Wanderers in Johannesburg on Tuesday morning.

It is the opening game for both teams, and adding to the excitement is that these same two teams battled out the T20 Challenge final late last month, with the Lions emerging victorious.

It is a different format, but a number of players from both those teams are playing in this game as well, so the Lions will still be on a high while the Titans will be eager for a bit of revenge, and both will want to get their campaigns off to a strong start.

The 4-Day Series officially kicked off last week, with the other six teams in action, and saw Western Province beat the Dolphins, and the Knights beat Boland, while the Warriors and North West Dragons battled out a draw.
