Botswana’s Rollers to take on four Absa Premiership clubs
Botswana side Township Rollers are to play four of South Africa’s leading clubs in the coming weeks, including a home meeting with Kaizer Chiefs on 20 July in Gaborone.
The club will travel to South Africa before that clash for three high-profile pre-season games, starting with a match against SuperSport United in Pretoria on Sunday.
That will be followed by a game against BidVest Wits on 16 July, and then a fixture against Orlando Pirates two days later to round out a busy time in Gauteng.
The team will then return home and host Chiefs, who they have met on various occasions in recent years, including friendlies and the preliminary round of the 2015 Caf Champions League.
Rollers will be staying at the Royal Bafokeng Sports Campus near Rustenburg in the North West province during their stay in South Africa.
