The 2022 Total Women's Africa Cup of Nations returns to SuperSport with the 14th edition of the biennial championship in Morocco from 2 to 23 July.

Make sure you add the tournament as a favourite in your app.

The tournament also doubles as the African qualifiers to the 2023 Fifa Women's World Cup with the top four teams and two more teams advancing to the inter-confederation playoffs.

Nigeria are the three-time defending champions. Banyana Banyana, who finished runners-up five times, as well as other 10 teams, will look to dislodge the Super Falcons as the African football queens.

HOW?

First up, log in, if you haven't already, by creating a profile. That way the app remembers you and serves you the content you want. The All/Favourites toggle allows you to switch between just your favourites or all the teams in the scores section.

Once logged in, click on the profile button at the top-right of the screen, click on my favourites, then football, then on CAF Women’s Africa Cup of Nations.

It's that simple - and now you won't miss a thing as the teams fight it out for African glory and ultimately the 2023 Fifa Women's World Cup tickets
