Maduka backs Mpisane
After setting tongues wagging on social media this past weekend, Andile Mpisane has received backing from Royal AM first-team coach John Maduka.
The 21-year-old featured in a DStv Diski Challenge KwaZulu-Natal derby between AmaZulu and Royal AM, which ended in a 1-1 draw on Saturday.
He started the match and was substituted in the second half, just after 60 minutes, and he looked unhappy at the decision, going straight down the tunnel.

Football fans watching the match questioned his physical shape, and some doubted if he trains with the team.
However, first-team coach Maduka has revealed that he trains with the team and has the potential to become a top player.
"He does train with the team," confirmed Maduka during the Nedbank Cup last-32 press conference.
"I strongly believe that he is one of the players that have got the potential and he's talented, you can't run away from that."
The coach conceded that the lad needed time and must be given a chance.
Maduka added: "For us to be where we are, we started somewhere, so we give opportunities to everyone who raises up their hands."
Mpisane will be hoping to get another opportunity this weekend when his team host Sekhukhune United at Sugar Ray Xulu Stadium on Sunday.
