Baroka took an early lead through Evidence Makgopa, but after Sinethemba Mngomezulu equalised from the penalty-spot, Menzi Ndwandwe scored an injury-time winner.
It is a first three points at the ninth attempt, but Ramovic hopes his side have now turned the corner.
"We started the game very well, we had a lot of speed, possession, creativity and created pressure. We transitioned well and had a lot of chances," Ramovic said. "Baroka had one chance and they scored, but this also shows the quality in our team, because we came back.
"We had a difficult week, but we trained well, and I am just happy for the players, club and our supporters. We are on a good way, we still made some mistakes but we must keep improving and show we are mentally strong.
"It was the first win, but we have to keep going and I hope this will be the way things will go int he future.”
