Ethiopia has appointed Ethiopian Insurance Coach, Gebremdhin Haile as national Coach for his second stint in the role.
Gebremdhin Haile will lead both Ethiopian Insurance team and the national team at the same as agreed by both organisations.
He has signed on a one-year deal.
He said that he will try to build a strong team on the coming World cup 2026 qualifiers.
"Don't expect a miracle on this short period of time, but I will try my best."
This was revealed on press conference he will earn a monthly take home of 250Â 000 Birr.
The coach will build his squad for the next two matches in the World Cup qualifiers for the 2026 Fifa World Cup against Sierra Leone and Burkina Faso.
Those will be his first tests with the Walyas.
