Bloemfontein Celtic have managed to tie down another of their key players to a long-term contract after winger Tebogo Potsane signed a new deal.

The 27-year-old has signed a contract renewal until June 2024, which follows hot on the heels of a similar deal for Menzi Masuku this week.

“Bloemfontein Celtic is delighted to announce that Tebogo Potsane has extended his stay at the club until June 2024. The journey continues,” Celtic said in a statement.

Potsane, who began his PSL career with Free State Stars before moving to Celtic in 2018, made 20 appearances in the DStv Premiership last season, the most he has managed in a single campaign to date.

He was a key part of the side that reached back-to-back finals in the 2020 Nedbank Cup and MTN8, though both ended in defeat.
