Goldrush Boland won the toss and elected to bowl first in their CSA T20 Challenge match against Auto Investments Dragons at the JB Marks Oval, Potchefstroom, on Sunday afternoon.

The Dragons are on a high. They are one of only two teams with two wins in two outings. The other is the high-flying Multiply Titans.

The Dragons kicked off their season with a three-run win over the Itec Knights in Bloemfontein. They followed that up with a thrilling three-wicket win over WSB Western Province in front of their home crowd at the JB Marks Oval. Their captain, Wihan Lubbe, played crucial innings in both matches, scoring match-winning half-centuries.

Lubbe and his teammates will be looking to make it three out of three while providing quality entertainment to their home fans for the second time in three days.

Third-placed Boland were forced to share the spoils with Western Province after their encounter was washed out. They followed that up with a victory in a humdinger against the Knights.

Grant Roelofsen top-scored with a 38-ball 57 on Friday night to help Boland bag their first victory of the season. The match was one of a few thrillers the T20 Challenge has served this year. It went to a Super Over, where Boland held their nerve to overcome the Knights.
