Hadiya face Dire Dawa as Legetafo Legedadi, Insurance clash

Hadiya Hossana square up against Dire Dawa and Legetafo Legedadi face Ethiopian Insurance in another round of week 18 fixtures on Monday.

Both Betking Ethiopian Premier League matches will be held at the Adama Science and Technology University Stadium.

Hadiya Hosanna achieved a turnaround last week when they won 1-0 against Sidama Coffee. Before that victory they were winless in their last six matches.

Hadiya have a good defensive record and are quite formidable but continue to suffer poor attacking form. They scored only two goals in those six matches.

They also have only scored 14 goals this season, but thanks to their staying power they occupy sixth spot on the log with 24 points.

Dire Dawa lost against Legetafo Legedadi last week before they sacked their coach Yordanose Abay, so they will be under the guidance of their caretaker coach for this match.

"The Oranges" are the fourth highest scoring team in the league but they conceded the same amount of goal as they scored, 26.

In the last fixture Ethiopia Insurance will play against Legetafo Legedadi.

Ethiopian Insurance are on 33 points, needing a win to close the gap on league leaders St George and Bahir Dar.

Insurance haven't won two consecutive matches in their last nine outings.

Legetafo Legedadi finally got a victory last week after 15 matches, so they will be keen to to score a consecutive win.

They are back to 16th after Ethio Electric earned a point in their draw on Sunday against Wollaita Dicha.

Legetafo have the worst defensive and attacking stats, scoring 12 and conceding 39 goals in 17 matches.

But today they will hope to solve their attacking problems with their new striker Suleiman Traore.
