Villarreal have not won in their last seven LaLiga matches (D5 2L), their longest winless run in the competition since February 2019 (10 - D6 L4).

Valencia have won 27 points from their 25 LaLiga games this season (W6 D9 L10), their lowest tally at this stage of a campaign since 1985/86 (23 pts, three points per victory), the season of their only relegation to the Second Division.

Gerard Moreno has scored 14 goals in 20 LaLiga games this season, the best tally for a Villarreal player after his first 20 appearances in a top-flight campaign.

Valencia manager Javier Gracia has managed more LaLiga games without winning against Unai Emery (D1 L6) than against any other manager in his career in the competition.
