The quarterfinals of the Fifa U-17 Women’s World Cup India 2022™ begin on Friday with the tie between USA and Nigeria. The Americans reached the knockout phase by topping Group A with two wins and a draw.

Nigeria took second place in Group B, recording two wins and a defeat.
