Germany to play Denmark in Euro 2020 warm-up

Germany will play Denmark on June 2 in a friendly as part of their preparations for Euro 2020, the German FA confirmed on Friday.

Germany will face the Danes behind closed doors in Innsbruck, five days before a second friendly against Latvia in Duesseldorf.

Joachim Loew's team host world champions France in Munich in their opening Group D match at the European Championship on 15 June.

Germany also face defending European champions Portugal on 19 June at the Allianz Arena and then Hungary four days later.

Loew will step down as Germany head coach after the tournament following a 15-year spell in charge.
