The climax to the 2024 ATP Tour season arrives in November in the shape of the ATP Finals in Turin.

The top eight men's players in the world will face off in Italy, between 10-17 November, looking to end their seasons on a high.

FORMAT

The ATP Finals has a round-robin format, with eight players divided into two groups of four. The eight seeds are determined by the ATP Race To Turin rankings on the Monday after the last ATP Tour tournament of the calendar year.

All singles matches are then the best of three tie-break sets, including the final.

THE DRAW:

World number one Jannik Sinner avoided his key rival Carlos Alcaraz in the draw.

Ilie Nastase Group: Jannik Sinner, Daniil Medvedev, Taylor Fritz, Alex de Minaur.

John Newcombe Group: Alexander Zverev, Carlos Alcaraz, Casper Ruud, Andrey Rublev.

DJOKOVIC OUT

Two-time defending champion Novak Djokovic said he will miss the eight-man tournament due to an "ongoing injury".

Last year, Djokovic defeated home favourite Sinner to win the title for a record seventh time.

CONTENDERS

Local hope Sinner aims for his first title at the season-ending event on home soil. He is facing stiff competition from second-seed Zverev and third-seed Alcaraz, who will also be looking to end the season on a high.
