Randy Harris of Barbados was elected for the Caribbean region and Sonia Fulford of the Turks and Caicos was voted in to serve as the women's representative.
All three officials were elected unopposed at CONCACAF's 40th ordinary congress in St. Lucia on Saturday.
The two other seats on the council are held by CONCACAF president Victor Montagliani and Central America representative Rodolfo Villalobos of Costa Rica.
US Soccer president Cindy Parlow Cone will run for re-election with support from pro, amateur and youth ranks.
