Sizzling seven for Power Dynamos in MTN Super League

Power Dynamos made it seven MTN Super League wins in a row when they defeated Mutondo Stars 2-0 away from home to maintain their three-point lead at the top of the table in midweek action.
Dynamos have raced to the top of the Super League on the back of their outstanding form, that has seen them score 17 goals in those seven matches and concede only once.
Fredrick Mulambia and Prince Mumba were on target in the first half of their latest win.
Second-placed ZESCO United were 1-0 winners at Green Buffaloes as David Simukonda scored the only goal of the game two minutes into the second half.
Nkana FC have entrenched their place in third, five points behind Dynamos, as they made it a third win in succession with a 4-1 home mauling of bottom side Indeni, whose relegation has been confirmed.
A brace from Harrison Chisala and further strikes by Idris Mbombo and Moses Phiri gave Nkana the easy win. Indent actually opened the scoring through Jonathan Mulalula, but it proved a consolation.
Fourth-placed Kabwe Warriors ended a run of three straight defeats when they were held to a 0-0 draw by Atletico Lusaka.
Defending champions Red Arrows saw their poor run continue when they were held to a 1-1 draw at Green Eagles. Ackim Mumba gave arrows the halftime lead, but Simon Mulenga equalised for Eagles.
Zanaco’s relegation fears were compounded when they lost 1-0 at NAPSA Stars, with Collins Sikombe getting the only goal of the game just past the hour-mark.
Javier Mum Boho gave FC MUZA the lead at Lumwana Radiants, but the game finished 1-1 after Nester Narjis-Arhab’s equaliser.
Mohamed Soumahoro scored the only goal as Nchanga Rangers defeated Mufulira Wanderers 1-0.
Nkwazi and Forest Rangers ended goalless.
