Argentina had beaten Australia and New Zealand and have also been beaten by both sides prior to last week's match against South Africa. It has been a truly inspiring performance from a team that is seriously on the rise in international rugby.
The Boks had beaten Australia and New Zealand home and away ahead of travelling to Argentina, where coach Rassie Erasmus made 10 changes to his squad to keep players fresh and test new options. Argentina claimed a one-point win to keep the title race alive ahead of the final match here at the Mbombela Stadium in Nelspruit.
Argentina shocked the Boks last week by pipping them by one point for a 29-28 win at home, breaking the Boks' unbeaten record in the tournament this year. It was also Argentina's second home win on the trot, having smashed Australia 67-27 the previous week.
